Work may pause if payments are delayed. Deposits and digital products are non\u2011refundable unless stated otherwise.<\/span><\/p>\n You agree to provide accurate information, supply required content and approvals on time, and ensure you have rights to any materials you provide. Delays in communication may affect project timelines.<\/span><\/p>\n Final deliverables become your property once full payment is received. QE360 retains ownership of internal tools, processes, frameworks, and unused concepts. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.<\/span><\/p>\n Projects include a set number of revisions as defined in your proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.<\/span><\/p>\n QE360 is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, downtime, or issues caused by third\u2011party services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.<\/span><\/p>\n We may use third\u2011party tools such as hosting, analytics, or payment processors.
